The hotel offers great panorama and comfort with phones but rooms were not as expected for a 5-star hotel. The service was outstanding, especially Nargiz and Layla from the front desk. The location is amazing, in the middle of everything with kind and friendly staff. The dining experience was very good but expensive. The hotel has many options, quick room service, and a nice spa with a big indoor pool.
